Phase 1: The Discovery Call – Let’s Talk About You

We kick things off with a free, no-obligation call to chat about your project, timeline, budget, and goals. This isn’t a sales pitch — it’s a real conversation to see if we’re a good fit.


What we’ll cover:

  • Your space: what you love, what’s not working, what you dream about

  • Your goals: is it a full reno? A freshen-up? Airbnb fit-out?

Phase 2: Concept & Mood Board – Turning Your Vision Into a Plan

If you decide to move forward, we dive into the creative world. This is where the magic begins, the visuals that shape the soul of your space.


What’s included: Depending on whether you choose interior design or styling, it may look a little like the following;

  • Tailored mood boards showing colour palettes, materials, general vibes we are going for

  • Inspiration imagery curated for your personality and lifestyle

  • An initial concept layout or direction, if relevant to your scope

Phase 3: Detailed Design Plan – The Blueprint Phase

Once we’ve nailed the mood and direction, we get technical. You’ll receive a complete design plan — custom, layered, and made to work in real life, not just on a Pinterest board.


We’ll deliver: Again, depending on the service level chosen, it may look like the following;

  • Full floor plans + spatial layouts

  • Selections of furniture, décor, lighting, artwork, and soft furnishings

  • Material + finishes selection (tile, stone, timber, paint, etc.)

  • Sourcing of all products via our large selection of suppliers

  • The ability to simply text or call our lead designer, Shanty, anytime you need

    • no need for setting meetings

  • Custom joinery design (if part of the scope)

  • Budget breakdowns so there are no surprises

  • a running online sheet that shows you exactly where every step and item is up to

Phase 4: Procurement & Ordering – We Source, You Chill

We source everything for you — from that dreamy boucle armchair to the perfect basin. Thanks to our trade relationships, we access high-quality products at discounted rates (and yes, we pass those savings on to you if purchased through us).


What you get:

  • Access to trade-only pieces + exclusive suppliers

  • End-to-end ordering and delivery coordination

  • Cost savings through our supplier relationships

  • Regular updates on where your items are and when they’ll land through an interactive online sheet

  • You will be updated every step of the way

Phase 5: Installation Day – It All Comes Together

This is where it goes from “in your head” to “in your home.” We’re there on install day to bring your space to life, down to the smallest detail.


On the day:

  • We deliver and install all furniture + styling pieces

  • We hang, tweak, adjust, and zhuzh until it’s just right

  • We style with intention, not clutter

  • You get to walk into a space that finally feels done

  • We will complete our photography for socials and website content, as well as provide you with a link for all the images to use for your personal socials


🎉 We remove all the packaging and mess. All you have to do is open a bottle and take it all in.


Optional Add-On: Virtual Design Services

Not in Brisbane? No problem, about half of our clients are not as well.

We also offer virtual design packages — with all the same intention, support, and style.

These are $99 with the fee added to the final design fee cost should you proceed.

No Bullshit: What Does It Cost?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, but as a general guide, a full-service interior design project typically sits around 10% of your total renovation/build budget. That includes everything — our services, purchasing products and project support. For styling only, this is whatever your chosen budget is, and we will work together on this final budget number, so don't worry.

  • Our virtual consults are $99, and at-home $199, with no strings attached at all (Plus both those fees are included in the full design fee for whatever service you choose, should you choose to go ahead)
