PART A – WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

2.1 This website provides general information about our interior design, styling and property staging services.
2.2 The content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer or contractual agreement.
2.3 We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3.1 All content on this website, including text, images, styling concepts, layouts, branding, and design concepts, is the property of Haus of Gray unless otherwise stated.
3.2 You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or exploit any content without prior written consent.

4.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate at the time of publication.
4.2 We do not guarantee that website content is complete, current or error-free.
4.3 Property images displayed may not reflect final styling outcomes due to property condition, lighting, photography or client selections.

PART B – SERVICE TERMS (INTERIOR DESIGN & STAGING)
7. Engagement of Services
7.1 A binding agreement is formed when:
• A quote is accepted in writing, or
• Payment is made, or
• Installation proceeds
7.2 Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Pricing may vary if property conditions differ from those originally disclosed.

PROPERTY STAGING & FURNITURE HIRE TERMS
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Full payment is required prior to installation unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8.2 Installations will not proceed without cleared funds.
8.3 Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.

9. Hire Period
9.1 The standard hire period is six (6) weeks from installation unless stated otherwise (4 weeks paid, 2 weeks free).
9.2 Extensions are charged weekly and must be arranged before the expiry of the hire period.
9.3 If access is not available for collection, weekly hire charges continue automatically.

10. Ownership of Goods
10.1 All furniture, artwork, décor and styling items remain the property of Haus of Gray at all times.
10.2 No ownership rights transfer to the Client under any circumstances.

11. Client Responsibility & Risk
11.1 The Client is responsible for the safekeeping of all Goods during the hire period.
11.2 The Client is liable for:
• Theft
• Loss
• Damage (excluding fair wear and tear)
• Misuse or negligent handling
11.3 Damaged or missing items will be charged at full replacement value.

12. Access & Property Conditions
12.1 The Client must ensure safe and clear access at installation and collection.
12.2 Additional labour charges may apply if:
• Access is obstructed
• Property is unsafe
• Install is delayed due to site conditions
12.3 We reserve the right to refuse installation if conditions are unsafe for our workers.

13. Insurance
13.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring their property insurance covers staged goods.
13.2 Haus of Gray is not liable for loss caused by third-party access to the property.

14. Cancellation Policy
14.1 Cancellations within 24 hours of installation may incur cancellation fees.
14.2 If staging items have been allocated, prepared or transported, partial charges may apply.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
15. Design Advice
15.1 Design recommendations are based on professional opinion and client's brief.
15.2 We do not guarantee:
• Property sale price
• Time on market
• Financial performance
15.3 Clients are responsible for confirming dimensions, structural compliance and contractor suitability.

16. Procurement
16.1 Where we procure items on behalf of a client, supplier terms and conditions may apply.
16.2 Delivery timelines are subject to supplier availability.
16.3 We are not responsible for manufacturing defects or supplier delays.

GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
17.1 We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss including:
• Loss of profit
• Loss of opportunity
• Loss of reputation
17.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
17.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control including:
• Natural disasters
• Supply chain disruption
• Government restrictions
• Industrial action

19. Photography & Marketing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to installation, Haus of Gray may photograph properties for marketing and portfolio use.

20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

21. Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
