Haus of Gray's design approach ensures that each room offers both luxury and practicality, creating an inviting atmosphere for all occupants.
Dining Room
Though compact, the dining area is thoughtfully curated for both style and function. A round dining table encourages intimate gatherings, while a set of chrome and rattan chairs introduces a refined, vintage sensibility. The contrast between the sleek metal frames and woven natural textures echoes the penthouse’s broader theme of blending eras and materials. This small yet efficient space makes a big impact—balancing practicality with design-forward choices that speak to a relaxed, lived-in luxury perfect for both everyday use and short-term stays.
Lounge Room
The living space is anchored by the iconic Sarah Ellison Float Sofa in the warm, caramel-toned Piccolo fabric—its low-slung, modular form a bold nod to 1970s design. The main bedroom is a calm, minimalist retreat, elevated by a custom Create Estate bedhead upholstered in a beautiful warm rust Warwick fabric.
