What we do in CQ
We're a Brisbane-based studio with real Central Queensland projects across Airbnb fit-outs, interior styling and full-service interior design. We are based in Brisbane, but have partnerships with builders across CQ and are often in Yeppoon, Rockhampton and Emerald checking in on active projects.

Full furniture sourcing, styling and photography for short-term rental properties. Trade pricing on all furniture. We handle everything from brief to listing-ready.

Trade pricing in CQ
Most CQ homeowners and Airbnb investors source furniture at retail - walking into Freedom, Coco Republic or King Living and paying whatever is on the tag. What they don't know is that interior designers access the same furniture through trade accounts at 15 to 30 percent below retail.
At Haus of Gray we pass that saving directly to our clients. On a full CQ Airbnb or new build fit-out, the saving typically covers our design fee entirely. Our clients end up with better furniture, professionally chosen and installed, for less than they would have spent doing it themselves.
