Partial Styling is designed for homes that already have furnishings in place but require a professional edit, refinement and elevated presentation for the market.

We assess the layout, existing furnishings, natural light and presentation goals. This may be completed via walkthrough or detailed imagery and floor plans.
We identify which areas will benefit most from enhancement and where buyer focus needs to be directed.
2. Strategic Selection
We carefully curate pieces from our collection to complement your existing furniture.
This may include:
• Sofas or occasional chairs to improve proportion
• Dining settings or feature pieces where needed
• Artwork to anchor walls and elevate scale
• Rugs to define zones and soften spaces
• Bed linen and cushions to create warmth
• Lighting and accessories to refine overall styling

3. Installation & Styling
Our team delivers and installs all selected items, layering the space to create balance, flow and a cohesive aesthetic.
We edit where necessary, removing distractions and refining layouts, ensuring the home feels intentional and market-ready.

In some cases, furniture pieces are not required.
We also offer soft styling only, introducing artwork, rugs, cushions, bed linen, décor and lighting to elevate the presentation without major furniture additions.
